Each stick is made with beef, roasted coriander, and various other spices. This beef retains most of its proteins, vitamins, and minerals, since it is never heated or dehydrated. You'll also find this beef to be insanely tender and flavorful due to Brooklyn Biltong's unique air drying process.

Ben van den Heever is the founder of Brooklyn Biltong and he started the company with two goals: to introduce biltong to America, and to make a difference in his neighborhood. Ben grew up in Pretoria, South Africa where he spent his childhood "hanging around" his grandfather's butcher shop.
