We ship within the United States (lower 48 states).

Who delivers my shipment?

We work with several major shipping carriers, and depending on your location delivery will be completed by USPS, Fedex, or UPS.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email from Gelvio that includes your tracking number and delivery information.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer you free shipping on all orders over $49. If your order is for less than $49, the cost of shipping is $5.95.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping will take 1-3 days depending on your delivery address.

Subscriptions: How do I access my subscription?

To view and update your subscription, login to your Gelvio account OR create a new account using the same email address as your order.

Once signed in to your account, click on the "My Account" icon and then from the My Account page, click the "Manage Subscriptions" button.

You will also receive an email outlining the details of your subscription immediately after your first subscription order.

Subscriptions: What can I manage?

You have complete control over your subscription, and below are a few of the key items on your "My Subscriptions" page.

  • View your past and upcoming orders
  • Change billing or shipping information
  • Pause or cancel your subscription at anytime
  • Skip specific deliveries
  • Increase or decrease product quantities

Subscriptions: How do I add new products to an existing subscription?
To start, log in to your Gelvio customer account. Then, when shopping for products, add each new product from the Product Display Page (PDP) which is where you'll find the "Subscribe to Save" option.

On the Product Display Page (PDP), once you click the "Subscribe to Save" option, an "Add to Existing Subscription" button will be presented.

New products added to your existing subscription will be included in your upcoming order. Additionally, you will not be charged for the new products until the upcoming order is fulfilled.
How do I redeem a gift card?

During payment you will enter your gift card code in the discount code field. The total cost will then reflect the adjusted amount.

What should I do if there's a problem with my order?

If there is a problem with your order send us an email and we'll make it right.

If your product arrives in a condition that is not satisfactory, please send us a message and photo, and we'll make it right. Please notify us within 30 days of your initial purchase and include your order number.

What is the refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your products. If you're unhappy with products for any reason, send us an email telling us about your experience and we'll make it right.

For items in our gear collection, if the product arrives damaged a replacement product will be provided. For consumable products, sales are final once the product is opened.

Out of stock products

There may occasionally be products that are out of stock. In the event you order a product that is OOS, we'll simply fulfill your order and remove the out of stock product from your order.

What food safety measures are taken?

All products are shelf-stable and safe to store at room temperature. Some product packaging will suggest refrigeration to maximize freshness.

Gelvio works closely with partner brands to ensure they're compliant with all their advertised certifications. In the event a partner issues a product recall, voluntary or involuntary, we will notify all customers that may be affected.

How do custom fuel packs work?

For custom fuel packs, you answer our survey questions and then we select a collection of snacks based on your survey responses. You tell us what snack categories you like best, what your dietary restrictions are, and when you snack most often. All the snacks included in your fuel pack are single-serve so that you get variation.

How do ready-made fuel packs work?

For ready-made fuel packs you select your size and type, and that's it. The products shown in the image will be included in the fuel pack.

Is there a membership or subscription requirement?

No. We do not require our customers to have a membership or subscribe.
