Osmo makes hydration and nutrition products with the goal of empowering athletes of every level to achieve individual greatness. Dr. Stacy Sims started Osmo in 2012, when she was racing triathlons and completing her master’s thesis in nutrition. Based on research and field testing, Dr. Sims created hydration and recovery formulas that offered a better way to power athletes. In 2013, Osmo started their partnership with pro cyclist Peter Sagan. Peter started hydrating with Osmo during the 2013 Amgen Tour of California and hasn't looked back since.
