JoJe founder, Jess, is an elite athlete that was searching for a different type of fuel, and she found it in her very own kitchen. Jess is a professional gravel cyclist for Canyon Bikes and was previously on the road at the UCI Domestic Continental level. She combined this love of sport, her culinary skills as a private chef, and her educational training (M.S. Exercise Physiology) to develop JoJe bars.
